ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISKS Each ticket holder (“Holder”) voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued (“Event”), whether occurring prior to, during, or after the Event. Holder agrees to release Event Organizers, including United Fight League, Mountain View High School, and the Mesa Public School District, and each of these legal entities’ respective officers, directors, owners, affiliates, employees, and agents (collectively, “Organizer Representatives”) acting by and through them, from any claim arising from or relating to the Event.
AGE REQUIREMENTS There are no age restrictions attending UFL events.
SECURITY SCREENING All attendees are subject to security screening upon entry to the Event. Screening may include walk-through or handheld metal detectors, bad inspections, and/or physical pat downs as permitted by law and venue policy. By entering the Event, ticket holder consents to such security measures. Any attendee who refuses screening or is found to be in possession of prohibited items may be denied entry or removed from the Event without refund. Event Organizers and the Event assume no responsibility for prohibited items surrendered, confiscated, or discarded during the screening process.
BAG POLICY AND PROHIBITED ITEMS Guests may bring small bags and purses. Backpacks, duffle bags, or any other large bags are not permitted. All bags are subject to search.
PROHIBITED ITEMS The following items are strictly prohibited and may not be brought into the Event or onto school property:
- Weapons of any kind, including but not limited to firearms, knives, tasers, or any item deemed dangerous by Event security or the venue.
- Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
- Any other items prohibited by school district policy, venue rules, or applicable law.
NO PETS ALLOWED. ONLY SERVICE ANIMALS PERMITTED Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. For more information, please refer to the U.S. Department of Justice.
INCLEMENT WEATHER/OTHER LOSS Event Organizers shall have no responsibility, financial or otherwise, for Event cancellation, delay or interruption due to inclement weather or other acts beyond its control, and will not refund Holder in such situations. Event Organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen articles at the Event.
RIGHT TO USE YOUR NAME, VOICE, IMAGE AND LIKENESS By using this ticket, Holder here by grants United Fight league Corp and their affiliates and licensees the irrevocable, transferable, perpetual right and license to record (by photograph, film, tape, aural devices and any other method or device) the Holder’s name, voice, image and likeness while at the Event (the “Recordings”) and publish, print, display, or use such Recordings for any and all purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised. No cameras or recording devices are permitted at the Event, except as approved in advance by the Event Organizers.
DRINKING POLICY Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited at the Event. Possession, consumption, or distribution of alcohol on high school property is not permitted under any circumstances and is subject to removal from the venue. Any attendee found in violation of this policy will be immediately removed and may be subject to additional action as permitted by law and venue regulations. United Fight League, Event Organizers, and the Event venue shall have no responsibility or liability for any actions taken by attendees in violation of this policy. Holder agrees to comply with all applicable local, state, and school district regulations regarding alcohol use on school property and agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Organizer Representatives and Event venue from any claims arising from such violations.
CODE OF CONDUCT All attendees (including ticket holders, sponsors, speakers, media exhibitors, and other participants) must abide by the code of conduct. We will immediately remove from the venue anyone who:
- Is believed to be intoxicated or illegally under the influence of any narcotic or chemical
- Commits an act of violence
- Harms or threatens harm to another person or thing, including abusive or intimidating behavior
- Uses loud or electronically amplified profanity
- Violates any laws
